Kajal Gour

Kajal Gour completed her M.Sc. in Chemistry from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, and her B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from Invertis University, Bareilly, where she secured 1st rank and a Gold Medal. She qualified GATE Chemistry 2025 and IIT-JAM 2022, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in chemistry. Her research interests lie in inorganic and physical chemistry, with a focus on energy storage materials and electrochemical systems. In January 2026, she joined the SSCEM Lab at Department of Chemistry, IIT Jammu as a Ph.D. scholar, where her research focuses on the development of cathode materials for sodium-ion energy storage systems.
